Description
Coriander is an annual, strongly scented herb.
Coriander seeds can be harvested when they turn brown, usually around September. Dry the seed well. Use in various dishes and pastries.
The young leaves are mainly used in North African and Indian cuisine.
For foliar use, sow a row every few weeks from April. Annual, height during flowering up to 1 m. Row spacing 20 cm, thin out at 10 cm. One bag is for approximately 1 m2.
