Delivery of your order
Organic Earth does not deliver cash on delivery. Pick up in the store is possible. Ordered items are in stock in our store and / or warehouse
Organic Earth dispatches to the delivery address as discretely as possible. The products are only packed in carton boxes and/or envelopes of a neutral colour. The boxes and envelopes do of course not carry any logos of Organic Earth or manufacturers.

Organic Earth forwards the packages to a courier company or the postal services, depending on your place of residence and the size of the package.
Tracking your order
The status of your order is shown in your account. Our orders are delivered by the postal services or a courier company. If due to its dimensions a shipment does not fit in a standard letterbox or if it represents a considerable value, the shipment is sent as parcel post. Parcels are generally delivered later in the day compared to letterbox post.
Delay during shipment
In your account, you can find confirmation as to whether your order has been sent or is still being processed. If the order status in your account shows ‘sent’, but you have not received it yet, it is best to wait a few working days. In some cases, the postal services require a few days to deliver an order instead of 24 hours. You still have not received your order 3 working days after it was sent? In that case, please contact one of our members of staff. In order to assist you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to state the order number in your e-mail or to have it at hand when calling.
